Who Can Join the Tours

  • At Bali Sala, Sightseeing Tours are open to all ages, providing a relaxed experience. Fun Activities suit ages 5 to 70, considering health conditions. Adventure Tours vary by activity; details are in each package.

Attire Guidelines

  • Comfortable casual clothing or T-shirts are recommended. Remember to bring a change of clothes for tours involving water activities.

Booking Process

Change Booking Details

  • You can modify your reservation to another date or program at no extra cost up to 2 days before the tour date. Please inform us of any changes via WhatsApp at +62-819-9993-0315 or email at bookings@balisala.com

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made in 0 – 3 Day before scheduled arrival is no refund.

  • Cancellations made in 4 Day before scheduled arrival Refund is 100%

Refund Policy

  • Prices listed on the Site are subject to certain conditions and may change based on availability, length of booking, and other factors. Prices may include additional taxes and charges but may exclude tips for tour guides, facility charges, and other fees for services not provided by Bali Sala. You are responsible for verifying the total cost and other terms upon receiving the confirmation email.

  • Verify the booking on the booking sheet. You may cancel the booking at any time before final confirmation. Prices displayed will include detailed amounts, and any additional costs due to credit card or inter-bank fees will be charged to you. If there is a discrepancy in the amount paid, Bali Sala will notify you via email. If you cancel the booking before paying in full, Bali Sala will refund the amount paid, subject to any applicable rights at law, or reduce the refund by reasonable costs incurred due to non-payment.

  • For any other cancellations, Bali Sala will first investigate and verify the booking before providing refunds. Refunds will be the same amount paid by you, less any applicable costs incurred by Bali Sala, such as processing and administrative surcharges, inter-bank transfer fees, credit card fees, etc. (“Refund Amount”). Upon successful verification, refunds will initially be offered in the form of electronic vouchers. Contact Bali Sala Customer Service for further details on the estimated duration for receiving your refund. We will assist you as best as we can.
